All Competitors compete at their own risk and the Association accepts no responsibility for any accidents or mishaps and ON THESE CONDITIONS ONLY are entries accepted. As locations for competitions in Christchurch have become difficult to secure, please ensure our reputation is upheld by treating the venue with care and respect.

Please note that all cups and trophies awarded at the September 2017 competition must be returned by Monday 6th August 2018. Please ensure cups are marked as FRAGILE and sent via courier with a tracking number to ensure these are both insured and able to be tracked

All cups and trophies must be returned in a clean and tidy condition, and prior to the due date or a $5 fee will be charged per cup/trophy and entries will not be accepted
